Refund & Billing Policy

1. Free and paid use
You can start using QuestMaster for free with no card - the free tier includes two campaigns (one of them a ready-made sample) - and bring-your-own AI key use is free on every tier (you pay your AI provider directly for their usage). Paid subscription tiers add higher limits and managed features. Current plans and prices are on the Pricing page.
2. Subscriptions and renewals
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as you select) and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active through the end of the current paid period.
- If we change prices, we will give notice before the change applies to your renewal.
3. Refunds
If QuestMaster isn’t working for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will work with you in good faith, including a refund of the most recent payment where appropriate. Partial periods after a cancellation are generally not refunded, and amounts you paid to third-party AI providers are not ours to refund. Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund rights you have under applicable law.
4. Payment processing
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not see or store full card details. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Comp and gift access
Complimentary or gifted access granted by QuestMaster (for example, a founder or charter code) is a courtesy, may carry its own terms, and can be modified or withdrawn. It does not create a paid entitlement or a right to a refund.
