Troubleshooting

AI is bring-your-own-key. Add a provider key and select it under Account ▸ API keys - follow the setup guide. Text needs Claude/Gemini/OpenAI; images need OpenAI or Google.

Almost always a provider-side issue: the key’s account needs billing/credits enabled (new Anthropic and OpenAI accounts must add a payment method first), or the key was pasted under the wrong provider. Re-check the key and your provider billing, then try again.

Open the link in the same browseryou requested it from, and check spam if it didn’t arrive. Magic links are single-use and expire - request a fresh one if needed.

Create an account in one click with Google, a magic link, or Discord on the sign-in page- no card required. Every new account starts with a ready-made sample campaign you can edit, delete, or restore, so you can explore before building your own.

Invite links expire (30 days) and have a max number of uses - generate a fresh one from the campaign’s Invite Players page if it’s expired or full. After a player submits, approve them from Submissions to add them to the party.

You may be in a different active campaign - switch it from the sidebar. Each account only ever sees its own campaigns.

Send in-app feedback with what you were doing and any error text.

It doesn’t disappear into the void. Every account can see the live status of its reports and message directly with the developeron each one - so if we need more detail we’ll ask you right there, and you’ll see the reply.
